For our home EV charger installations, our maintenance service includes:

Onsite response time within 2 business days
Panel inspection and charger diagnostic testing
Repair or replacement of charger*
Temporary solutions provided when needed

*Charger must still be under manufacturer warranty to be eligible for free replacement.

Residential maintenance is charged as an hourly rate when needed. Parts and materials not covered by the manufacturer warranty are charged in addition to the hourly rate.

Commercial

For EV charger installations at your business or commercial property, our maintenance service contracts include the following:

Semi-annual testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, and parts replacement
Onsite response time within 48 hours for emergency issues
Temporary solutions provided when needed
